Join Our HYC 2026 Staff
Each year, Hiawatha Youth Camp hires some of the most passionate, energetic, and talented young men and women on the planet to help inspire, teach, lead, nurture, and grow our campers.
We employ staff members who are gifted in specific areas of HYC’s program, including counselors, worship leaders, kitchen staff, and varied other capacities. Our staff are interviewed extensively to ensure they are spiritually grounded in their faith as they step into this role of ministry and leadership.
